What are the pros & cons of buying this counter :

• minimal capital needed
• last year it was ard 0.30ct, able to sustain from Jan till now

• must have high tolerance to lose 100% capital
• volume very low

Need to learn about the company background, since the company has been around more than 5 yrs, need to check out it ability to sustain challenges faced during current economic situation

Practice visualizing the mental screen in different colours. Very interesting as lots of coloured - yellow, orange, black, red, green, blue hues pop-up. It is quite hard to focus on one colour at one time. Streams of various hues fill my vision. Decided to use spotlight to focus on one colour. Successful, enjoyed yellow screen the most. Would focus on this technique again tomorrow.

Recently I digged out an old book ‘The Silva Mind Control Method’. As I had been doing visualization techniques for more than 10 yrs found his method very interesting. Wondering why I did not practice this method although in 1986 I took Alpha Thinking Course & I knew the course is based on some of the practices stated in the book.

Basically, the BIG MENTAL SCREEN method is very simple, I need to mentally project a white screen about 2 mtrs in front of me. The screen is about 2 sq metres . Wondering what would be the effect if I experimented with different coloured screen - would be orange, red, black and green . It would be fun experimenting with the different colours in my mental visualisation.

What is more important is my ability to intensify my feeling when doing the meditation. Do I really believe in my experience or do I just do it for the sake of experimenting but not totally believing in the benefits of the experience . There are 4 laws on Dynamic Mind Meditation :

1. I must sincerely desire the event take place.

2. I must believe the event can take place

3. I must expect the event to take place.

4. I must create the solution to my challenges / problems.

Acknowledge the problem. Push the image of problem to the right side of my brain. Create one solution, visualizing it at the left side of my brain, then push it to the right again, create two more solutions and do the same processes. During the whole process, I should relax and Let GOD guide me, to bless and guide me with the best solutions to solve my problem. Been doing it quite regularly, find the technique need me to be actively involve to create my own mental screen without any rules nor obligation to anybody. Very enjoyable indeed.

This morning I had a beautiful meditation state - my heart opens like petals smiling cheekily as I pondered on my thoughts in my daily early morning meditation. What a beautiful way to start my day. I wish I could spread this to everybody who is in need for a little bit of cheerfulness. So many challenges facing ahead of us, yet if we seek God’s blessings, we would patiently wait for the wisdom to unfold itself. Only then could we understand why we are tested to have so many challenges in life. However, don’t be fooled by this simplicity cos we can never really comprehend the meaning of life.

I am still searching for the method unfold my future. There are so many claims such as we can co-create our future if the events are meant for my higher good. At this moment I find it too ambiguous for me to totally believe in this concept.

Yesterday morning, 19 July 09, I watched Opera Winfrey’s show discussing Dr. Brian Weiss’s book `Many Lives Many Masters’. Dr Weiss also demonstrated the regression into past lives techniques on a woman who had been experiencing nightmares. In her past lives, she was another woman who had her children taken from her, thus in this life, she was paranoid her three children could be taken away from her. Just one session by Dr Weiss, she informed she didn’t have the nightmare anymore, instead she had pleasant dreams.

Could I develop his expertise. It would be a miracle if I could be given such a sensitive gift from God Almighty. To help another soul to leave her / his fear to a more pleasant existence has always been my vision and mission. That is why, in my opinion meditation is indeed gentle and beautiful to anybody who is willing to learn - so simple yet so profound the effect.

I am learning slowly, each day is getting better and brighter for me. I pray to God to bless me with the sensitivity to assist to each another soul pain. To make our lives more cheerful and blessed.
